Just completed a successful transaction with my amazing sellers. This journey started in 3/20 right with the COVID lockdown, they endured construction delays on their new home as a result, but we made it through, and they are happily moved into their new home. So glad I was able to be a part of helping them. As they were a referral from a LCC Foundation member, I will be donating $2000 to the Next Step Foundation to be used for the 2021 LCC scholarship!!

Just closed on a great transaction with some amazing sellers. These clients came as referral specifically related to what I do with The Next Step Foundation. It was really neat to connect with two like minded people during the process of selling their home. We had a successful transaction, but also had many great conversations about how we can collectively work to help the community in positive ways. As a result, I will be donating $1829 to The Next Step Foundation.
