Today I showed 13 houses.
• Coordinated showings with 13 different agents
• Mapped routes and timed every stop
• Watching the clock like a hawk ⏱️

I truly enjoy seeing different layouts and updates in each home. But most of all finding "the one!"
And yes… the one they chose even had a skeleton in the closet 😄

I love looking at houses, but my favorite part of this job is the people I meet along the way.

I met Sonia and Sean when they came to see one of my listings. It wasn’t the one for them, so we kept searching! You get to know people pretty well when you’re showing homes — what makes them light up, what feels like ‘home’ to them. Before long, I knew exactly what each of them wanted, and we found them everything on their wish list… well, almost everything — we couldn’t quite get that kitchen sink with a window view! 😉

Today we closed on their new home, and when we walked outside, Sean’s brother and mom had driven three hours just to surprise them and celebrate. Watching the way he hugged his mom, brother, and family made my heart so full.
They are having a huge family gathering in November. I am excited to be included!

Life isn’t about the things we have — it’s about the people we share it with. ❤️🏡
