Over 20 years in real estate, and one thing I’ve learned is that no two transactions are ever the same.
We’ll call them “John & Jane Doe” to protect the innocent. 😊 They started their home search almost a year ago, and after months of looking, I knew exactly what they wanted—and what they absolutely didn’t.
This was house #32. Not 31… like Baskin-Robbins flavors. THIRTY-TWO!
The minute we walked in, I knew. This was the one.
Some real estate deals come together with ease. Others test your patience, creativity, and determination. But every challenge is worth it when you watch your buyers walk out of the title company with the keys to a place they can finally call home.
Moments like these are why, after more than two decades, I still love what I do. Congratulations to my buyers, and thank you for trusting me through all 32 houses. 🏡🔑❤️
