2035 coal creek road. Every time I drive out to this home this grove of trees makes me smile. All I picture is kids running around playing tag or hiding from their dog. Not only is it beautiful to look at but it provides a sense of privacy. A very nice touch.

The other day a group of some powerful woman and I got together to breathe, to laugh, to give tmi, and to eat some yummy snacks. We obviously had to take a picture and I find it very….symbolic that we chose to stand here. It wasn’t planned, simply a “let’s just do it here”. When I looked at this picture the first thing I noticed was our principles up above us but mainly the one above me.

Principle of compensation: “your income is determined by how many people you serve AND how WELL you serve them”

I love this one. I always aim to leave my clients feeling like I was a resource. If I didn’t add value to your life (in any way) then I simply didn’t do my job. When you serve people well they will be proud to extend your name to their loved ones when it’s their turn to need your services. And that right there is the reward.

You’re never going to recommend someone who didn’t do right by you so when you share my name I hope you know how truly grateful I am for that. I love my job, I love my tribe, and I love my clients.
