"Born in Seattle, Washington, Julie Nguyen moved with her family to Buffalo, New York in winter of 1998. She experienced her first "real" winter that year, it was too cold for her and she knew this would not be her stopping ground. Moving down to Orlando, Florida she wanted to go back to school, when she purchased her first home, she realized her passion was in real estate.
