Jessica Balaam’s personal and professional life experiences have made her the kind of real estate agent she is today: loyal, resilient, motivated, and joyful. Jessica grew up in Marysville savoring peach orchards and country life before moving to Santa Barbara to study communications and work in sales and management. Although Jessica enjoyed the coast, she’s a country girl at heart, and she moved
back to Central California. The excitement of house hunting attracted Jessica to real estate, and she began her career as an assistant to an agent who was a friend of hers in 2002. Jessica is a determined goal setter and multitasker who enjoys the team atmosphere, and she loves getting to know her clients while creating a stress-free experience. She’s been in the real estate industry in a good market, a bad market, and everything in between, giving her the confidence to handle any transaction. Jessica is a proud mom to two daughters, who are her prime motivators in life. She likes to stay busy by volunteering at their school, and she’s also helped out at the same nonprofit for over a decade. She enjoys staying active by hiking, dancing, and practicing yoga — she has even run a marathon!
