Months of supply by price range. The higher the price, the more supply there is. This is a norm in real estate. I didn’t include above $2M here because it’s more like 15 months (makes the graph too lopsided).

I've always believed states are never going to push new construction single family homes preferring high density housing like townhomes, condos, and apartments. Single family homes will continue to go up in value.
