Administrative Assistant (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Bricker Appraisals & Bricker Real Estate are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing appraisal and real estate operations. This position may be part-time or full-time depending on experience and performance.
We have proudly served the Sacramento Region, SF Bay Area, and Northern California since 2001. Our firm is known for exceptional customer service, detailed analytics, court-ready appraisal reports, and consistent communication throughout every assignment. We operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical.
Position Overview
This role is central to our daily operations and client experience. Responsibilities include:
Managing incoming calls and client inquiries
Providing daily status updates to clients
Supporting staff appraisers with research, scheduling, and administrative tasks
Assisting with report preparation and data organization
Coordinating workflow to ensure all assignments meet strict deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong analytical and research skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Commitment to timeliness — late assignments are not acceptable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
A La Mode / Total software experience (preferred)
MLS experience (preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based environment
Compensation
Fee split basis, dependent on experience, production, and performance
Work Location
Opportunity to work from our Loomis main office or Yuba City satellite office
