I've been on the stand on mutiple court cases. A few have been where the Government has attempted to take your property through different means. One court case I wasn't part of but I did find in my research was the case provided in the post where South Carolina was forcing property owners to acquiesce property in the hopes that it becomes a come practice and nobody questions it.
