CLOSED! This closing couldn’t have fallen on a more perfect day for these two. I’m always happy for my buyers when we close escrow, but this purchase had me a little conflicted. These are my amazing friends and neighbors Wes and Paul. I loved that they asked me to help them find their next home, but selfishly, was hoping they would change their mind or that it would take a few months (or years)😬 to find the perfect home. Of course, this escrow was amazingly quick and easy, which only reaffirmed it was the right move for them. The next people who get call them neighbors are very lucky! 💜

This is long overdue! Congrats to an amazing couple! Being a buyer in this market can be stressful. Properties move quickly and you are often up against multiple offers. Jen and Erik were so patient, open and resilient. We not only beat out other offers but also got the property under asking and closed early. One day after moving into their home, they were evacuated for close to a week due to the recent fires. Durning that time, they rolled with the punches and kept such a positive attitude.
