They sold their home, bought their next home, and moved — all within a matter of weeks!🏡
But their move didn’t really start in January.
It started with a phone call in November.
J called me because he was thinking about making a move. He wasn’t sure if it was possible to sell and buy at the same time, or how they would make all the pieces come together.
So we started with a conversation.
We talked about their goals, what needed to be done to prepare their home, and what the next steps could look like. I helped put together a plan, connected them with the right people, and we started preparing — before they were even ready to list.
Then January came, and things moved quickly.

🏡 Negotiated a rent-back so they had time to prepare their new home
🏡 And by the end of February, they were home. ❤️
It was a lot of moving parts. There were challenges along the way, but we worked through each one together.
And that’s really what I want my clients to know:
