One thing I love about working across the Peninsula is that every city has its own personality and the right one for you really depends on your lifestyle.

San Carlos has that small-town downtown energy with great walkability. Redwood City has a vibrant restaurant and arts scene that keeps getting better. Menlo Park feels polished and close to everything Stanford. Palo Alto has a world-class energy and incredible schools. Los Altos is quiet, charming, and community-first. Los Altos Hills is for those who want space, privacy, and views.

They're all wonderful, just in different ways. Thinking about a move and not sure which area fits you best? That's one of my favorite conversations to have.

Living in Woodside Plaza means Downtown Redwood City is just minutes away and it's such a good one.

📍 From independent boutiques to an evening out at the Fox Theatre, to exploring the San Mateo County History Museum at Courthouse Square, there's always something to do close to home.

That house isn't square footage and a list price. It's the doorframe with the pencil marks. The holidays. The smell of the kitchen that hits you the moment you walk in. That weight is real, and everything gets harder when the feelings get rushed to get to the logistics.
