The economy is holding up overall, and the housing market is showing some real resilience. We saw stronger growth earlier this year, buyers are still out there, and confidence feels a bit more settled.

🏡 Housing picked up coming into the spring, and as we head into the busy season, rents are starting to move up again.

⚖️ At the same time, it’s not a straight line. Permits are slowing, rates are still elevated, and rising energy costs could start to weigh on things.

📉 You can see that balance in this week’s numbers: pending sales are down, homes are taking a bit longer, and inventory is still tight.

📍 If you’re thinking about a move this year, strategy matters more than ever. I’m always happy to give you a clear, no-pressure perspective on your situation.
