Quick BAY Area Covid-19 influences overview for April 2020. Much gratitude to my colleague Dorothy Liu who gathered the data.
The bottom line is prices are mostly holding even with the decline in volume.

For APRIL 2020 compared to MARCH 2020: Market is DEFINITELY better despite the low inventory and having shelter in place. Notice more properties sold, less DOM, more all cash and more over asking!
