Very interesting read from the 🗞 Remember ALL of the high tech companies that were leaving in droves during Covid? 🤔Well… It turns out that’s not actually happening anywhere near the scale predicted.
Not surprisingly Silicon Valley real estate remains RED HOT for sellers & inventory is still very low. We can expect a to see a slight softening this spring/summer, but so far the market is still crazy competitive!
