Denise served as President of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors in 2017. She has been a Director on the Board of the California Association of Realtors for 12 years and currently serves as the Chair of the Housing Affordability Fund (a statewide 501c dedicated to assisting people in their housing pursuits and needs). As a Director for the National Association, Denise serves on the Committee for Federal Taxation. Her primary focus is to contribute her voice to the needs of aspiring and current homeowners in their quest for social and financial stability. In 2022, Denise was awarded the distinguished designation of Realtor of the Year. This award is given to less than 1% of the Realtors nationwide. She was recognized for her many years of service in the Bay Area with a high level of integrity and skill. She is respected and appreciated for her commitment to the industry and her colleagues through her volunteer hours to address the challenges of home ownership. In 2024, Denise returned to Compass as an associate Sales Manager to assist in setting up a new location in Los Altos. “I’ve come back home.
