Day six in Italy at the Luminous Retreat—and another day of meaningful inner work at Fattoria Il Colle. 🇮🇹✨
We began the morning with shadow work, taking an honest look at our emotional triggers, what lies beneath them and what they may be trying to teach us. After lunch, we enjoyed a walk into the charming little town of Trequanda—a beautiful opportunity to breathe, reflect and take in the Tuscan surroundings. 🌿
In the afternoon, we received instruction on tarot and then pulled our own cards while exploring a series of powerful questions:
✨ What is my leadership light and gift?
✨ What can it do for the world when it is fully seen?
✨ What, if anything, is currently blocking my light?
✨ How can I release this block?
✨ What is the outcome when my light is fully unblocked?
The experience was incredibly insightful—a beautiful blend of intuition, self-reflection and deeper understanding. So grateful for the opportunity to look inward, become more aware and continue uncovering the light we each have to share with the world. 💫

Day five in Italy at the Luminous Retreat, surrounded by the beauty of Fattoria Il Colle in Tuscany. 🇮🇹✨
The day offered such a wonderful combination of relaxation, new experiences and meaningful inner work. We enjoyed swimming, walking around the w**ery, learning to make fresh pasta, touring the w**e cellar and—of course—tasting the beautiful w**es produced here. 🍝🍷
We also began looking more deeply at our limiting beliefs: where they come from, how they affect us and the ways they continue to show up in our lives. It was a day of self-reflection and gaining a better understanding of why we do the things we do—and how greater awareness can help us begin to make different choices.
So grateful for this beautiful setting, these shared experiences and the opportunity to slow down, look inward and grow. 🌿💫
