At 24 years old, I bought a house. In quarantine, I bought a house. In Los Angeles, one of the most expensive housing markets in the country, I bought a house.  
In fact, I became a real estate agent because I bought a house! 🏠  
Through the process I learned a lot about purchasing with FHA (as a first-time homebuyer), and couldn’t believe the “not-so-secret, secret” that many young people I know had no idea they were able to afford a home. I’m sharing this story to offer guidance to any of you interested in learning more about purchasing a place (seriously, you may be able to afford it and have no idea)! I’d love everyone who qualifies to purchase to know how to do so.
