I wanted to inform you. I’m aware of a loan product from one of my preferred lenders - that’s at 4% right now. It’s a 7 or 10 year ARM. In a higher rate environment, it has been very helpful for affordability for clients!

⭐️ How come? Well closing times vary per state. Often time you may get charged for going over the time expected to close.
