We’re excited to announce the sale of 5240 & 5212 Willis Rd in Mobile, AL — a 194,000+ SF industrial site on 9.3 acres, sold for $15.3M.

Funny story — we accidentally flew into Mobile during Mardi Gras without realizing it's actually the original home of the celebration (sorry, New Orleans). What started as a surprise trip turned into a real appreciation for the city — amazing people, charm, and one of the best logistics networks in the region.

We’re proud of this one. Multiple offers, 96% of list, and a successful short-term sale leaseback. Big win for our client and a great reminder of how strong the industrial market remains in key port cities.
