This week we had the honor to spend 3 days at this epic, historical 10 acre estate next to Runyon Canyon. It consists of 3 separate dwellings, an aviary and more.
The main residence a Mediterranean mansion that makes you feel like you are in a castle.
A 1909 built craftsman with so many original fixtures and features it made us swoon.
A “cottage” built in the late 1800’s also with so many historical details - coolest light switches ever!
Fittingly it is currently owned by a legendary writer of television and film and we can only imagine how the history of this place inspired their work.
This type of staging is called a “Partial” because we come in and fill in empty spaces, fluff and replace and style. Partials are actually more of a challenge as we need to style it in a way that flows with the current interior styling and each residence had its own specific design vibe.
We walked the carved stone steps, over the bridge and through the woods surrounding the 3 places, got all our steps in and then some, and loved every magical minute of it!
We can’t wait until this special property hits the market - it’s truly a must see!
