This time last week, The Beehive welcomed 4,600 incredible, powerful, creative, and ambitious women to our campus for the Create & Cultivate Festival.

For two days, The Beehive became a village of ideas, connection, conversation, sisterhood, and community, with 150+ founders, creators, leaders, and changemakers coming together to share, learn, build, and inspire.

The lineup was extraordinary, featuring Halle Berry, Emma Grede, Alix Earle, Lori Harvey, Allyson Felix, Whitney Wolfe Herd, Jeannie Mai, and so many more. And then there was Cardi B, who shut it down with an unforgettable closing performance. 🔥

Across talks, panels, activations, and meet-and-greets, the festival explored entrepreneurship, career, creativity, navigating life as a woman in today’s digital world, and creating space for connection and community.

We were thrilled to see this community come together right here, and honored that Marina Middleton chose The Beehive by SoLa Impact as the home for this extraordinary gathering. Congratulations to Marina and the entire Create & Cultivate team for such an powerful and unforgettable experience. ✨💛

How does so much brilliance in one frame not make you smile?

Just reflecting on the joy, connection, and meaningful conversations shared at KBLA Talk 1580’s Fifth Anniversary Celebration that took place on Juneteenth at The Beehive. The celebration brought together a host of powerful voices from across community, culture, entertainment, and civic leadership, including Mayor Karen Bass , Cornel West , Curren D. Price, Jr. , Heather Hutt , Luenell , 𝒜𝓁 ℬ. 𝒮𝓊𝓇ℯ! ™️ , Kenny Lattimore , station hosts, community leaders, and so many others who helped make this milestone celebration truly unforgettable.

Five years of amplifying voices, building community, and creating space for meaningful conversations…with so many more moments still ahead. Thank you for continuing to lead the way, Tavis Smiley 🎙️✨

The holidays may have wrapped, but our tree isn’t quite ready to clock out yet. With the rain easing up and the sun finally making an appearance, we’re soaking in a few more days of sparkle before saying goodbye to it. Cheers to brighter skies, a calendar full of exciting events ahead, and a happy new year from all of us at The Beehive. ✨🌧️☀️
