What makes your Airbnb listing STAND OUT?

Being a host isn’t easy. You have competition with thousands of other short-term rental owners.

A fully booked place is never guaranteed.

This is why it’s so important to create a feature/addition that makes your STR the most attractive one in the market. Once you find that unique feature, advertise it to the moon and back.

Does your STR have a whirlpool bath? Does it have views of the Hollywood sign/other landmark? Does it have a full kitchen? Maybe it has a huge outdoor patio or even a movie theater room!

Try a week with the feature in the title of your listing. I can promise you your listing will get more views. After all, no one wants a cookie-cutter listing.

Why do people hire a co-host?

When people buy their first short term rental (or any real estate investment for that matter), the main goal is to step into the world of passive income.

Most of the time, owners are surprised with how much work it takes to keep a property in line.

They end up having more on their plate than expected. In the end, it ends up becoming ALMOST passive income instead of passive income altogether.

Owners end up stuck in the day-to-day operation of their STR. This prevents them from having the time and peace of mind to buy more STR’s.

Co-hosts are there to take on that extra stress that comes with owning a rental property, so that the owner has freedom and peace of mind to purchase more investments.

It all boils down to what the owner’s goals are.
