One of my favorite little details at The Grove is the trolley.

Most people see it as a fun way to get from The Grove to the Original Farmers Market, but it was actually designed as a nod to Los Angeles’ historic streetcar system that once connected neighborhoods all across the city.

Today, it’s a unique way to experience both destinations—whether you’re heading to grab a bite at the Farmers Market, doing a little shopping at The Grove, or just enjoying a day out in one of LA’s most iconic spots.

It’s a small detail, but it’s one of those things that gives the area its personality and charm.

If you’ve ever thought about living near The Grove, the Original Farmers Market, or the surrounding Beverly Grove neighborhood, I’d love to help you find the right property for your lifestyle.

One of the best parts of being in real estate isn’t the houses—it’s the people.

Over the years, many of my clients have become friends, and some have become truly close friends. That’s one of the unexpected rewards of this business.

Today I had the chance to catch up with my friend Rob, who purchased his home through me more than 20 years ago. Seeing the life that’s been built inside a house after all these years is a reminder that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling property.

It’s about relationships, trust, and helping people find a place to call home.

I’d love the opportunity to help you do the same—and maybe make a few more lifelong friends along the way.

One of the things I love most about being part of Sotheby’s International Realty is that it truly feels like a family 🏡🌎

And when I travel, I always enjoy stopping by and meeting my fellow Sotheby’s agents. No matter where you go, there’s a good chance there’s a colleague ready to share what makes their community special.

Today that brought me to Big Sky, Montana, where I had the pleasure of meeting Justa Adams ().

It was great learning more about the area, the lifestyle, the market, and what makes Big Sky such a special place to call home. There’s nothing better than getting the local perspective from someone who knows the land, the people, and the community.

If you’re thinking about buying property in Big Sky, make sure you reach out to Justa. You’re in great hands.

And if you’re headed to Los Angeles, I’d be happy to return the favor.

Beverly Grove is one of those neighborhoods that still feels connected to old Los Angeles while constantly evolving 🏡🌴

Tucked between Fairfax, La Cienega, Beverly Blvd, and 6th Street, the area was once filled mostly with one-story Spanish-style homes and charming duplexes. A lot of that original character is still here, but over the years modern homes and newer luxury developments have started blending into the neighborhood too.

What really makes people love Beverly Grove though is the lifestyle around it. You’re just minutes from:

🌴 Original Farmers Market
🛍️ The Grove
🏙️ Beverly Center
☕ 3rd Street restaurants + shopping
🏥 Cedars-Sinai

It’s one of those rare parts of LA where you can spend the whole day walking to coffee, dinner, shopping, and restaurants… then head home to a quiet tree-lined street that still feels like a real neighborhood.

If you’re looking for a place in Beverly Grove or nearby, let me help you find the right fit for your lifestyle.

One thing I love about exploring neighborhoods and real estate around Los Angeles is that you always end up discovering places you didn’t expect 🏡🌴

That’s exactly what keeps happening to me in Tujunga Village. The area just has such a cool local feel — coffee shops, restaurants, walkable streets, little neighborhood spots, and people actually out enjoying the area.

And after hearing people talk about Pearl’s Red Hots forever… I finally stopped in for my first Chicago dog 🌭🔥

Safe to say it absolutely lived up to the hype.

Honestly, it’s places like this that make people fall in love with neighborhoods like Studio City and Tujunga Village in the first place.

If you’re ever looking to buy, sell, or just learn more about the area, feel free to reach out — always happy to help.

The Original Farmers Market is one of those places that still feels like old Los Angeles 🌴🍓

What started in 1934 as farmers selling produce from the backs of their trucks during the Great Depression turned into one of the most iconic gathering spots in the city.

And honestly, the surrounding real estate is a huge reason people love the area so much — walkable streets, classic Spanish homes, charming duplexes, modern condos, and a neighborhood vibe that’s getting harder to find in LA.

It’s the kind of place where you grab coffee or lunch and somehow end up staying all afternoon.

If you’ve ever thought about living in Beverly Grove or nearby, hit me up — I’m always happy to help.

There’s something special about spending time around the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).

The architecture, the creativity, the energy of people walking through the museum and gathering around the iconic Urban Light installation — it reminds you why Los Angeles is such a special place to live.

And the neighborhoods surrounding it are just as incredible. From charming 1920s and 1930s apartment buildings and classic Art Deco architecture to beautiful single-family homes, this area captures so much of the character and history that make LA unique.

One thing I’ve learned about Los Angeles is that where you live can completely shape your lifestyle.

In LA, it’s not just about the house — it’s about how close you are to the things you love.

⚾ Dodgers fan? Think Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, or Downtown LA.

🏀 Lakers, Clippers, Kings, or soccer fan? Downtown LA, Mid-City, Culver City, and West Hollywood make a lot of sense.

🏈 Rams or Chargers fan? South Bay, Playa Vista, Manhattan Beach, and Redondo Beach are tough to beat.

The right neighborhood can completely change your commute, your weekends, and your overall experience living in Los Angeles.

If you’re thinking about moving to LA and want help finding the right fit for your lifestyle, feel free to reach out.

Some neighborhoods have incredible real estate. Others are known for unforgettable food. Around The Original Farmers Market, both hit at a very high level — which is part of what makes this area so special.

One of the best parts about spending time here is the energy of the market and having so many incredible dining options all in one place. It turns an ordinary afternoon or evening into an experience.

A few of my personal favorites are All’Antico Vinaio for one of the best sandwiches in Los Angeles, and Monsieur Marcel Bistro — especially with the incredible gourmet market right across from it filled with cheeses, wines, specialty foods, and everything that makes you want to stay a little longer.

Places like this are what make a neighborhood truly special. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and a lifestyle that’s hard to replicate anywhere else.

DID YOU KNOW the Miracle Mile got its name because people thought the whole idea would fail?

Back in the 1920s, this stretch of Wilshire Boulevard was mostly empty land, and nobody believed people would drive this far west just to shop or spend time here.

But developer A.W. Ross saw the future before everyone else, designing Miracle Mile specifically for the automobile with wide streets, bold storefronts, and parking behind buildings long before it became standard — and almost overnight, it became one of the hottest shopping districts in America.

People started calling it the “Miracle Mile” because the success felt impossible.

Today, it remains one of the most iconic stretches in Los Angeles — filled with museums, historic architecture, palm trees, old Hollywood energy, and incredible surrounding real estate near Hancock Park, Beverly Grove, and Museum Row.

If you’re looking to live in Miracle Mile or nearby, reach out anytime.
