Newly built and fully furnished designer's home. Centrally located in Cheviot Hills, minutes away from Century City and Beverly Hills. SM, Venice, and downtown are all just a short drive away. We have an extremely high cleaning standard, rest assured we are sanitized and germ-free. This home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Furnishings and beddings are brand new. 2 car parking in front of garage and plenty of street parking.
The space
4 beds and 4.5 baths - every room has its own ensuite bath. The house has two levels, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Common space features large formal dining, breakfast nook, huge chef's kitchen, outdoor seating, laundry room, etc. There is a backhouse in the property that's occupied by our full-time cleaner in the evening from 5 pm to 9 am. Mon-Saturday. She will not be disturbing guests and has her own entrance from the side. Cleaning arrangements can be made for an additional cost.
The master bedroom shown here is not updated. The new furniture has been flown in from Italy and installed in the master bedroom.
