As the market tanked, Jo Ann found herself helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. She trained and learned the ropes of foreclosure prevention. To this day, she continues to extend this service to homeowners who are on the verge of mortgage default. Aside from being a Realtor, Jo Ann is also a licensed Mortgage Officer. She trained with the American School of Mortgage Banking. As a loan officer, she
assists buyers with both purchase and refinances. Jo Ann has a wealth of knowledge on mortgage products, downpayment assistance programs, and alternative financing. She passes this knowledge to her clients as she believes that client education is key. On her free time, Jo Ann loves to hike, walk, and do bikram yoga. Together with her husband and two boys, Jo Ann has been to 40 countries to date. Her favorite cities are Istanbul, Paris, Singapore & her birthplace, Manila. Jo Ann helps homeowners in the Greater Los Angeles area upsize homes, using her signature Move Up Aloha Method. This Method involves a 5 step process that takes a homeowner from listing their home and selling it, to buying their replacement home with effortless ease.
