The harsh reality is home prices will likely outpace the rate you’re able to save.

Many of us have student debt or small businesses …the right lender will know how to leverage this!

Accept or decline? 📲

If a friend texted me “what should I look at this week,” these are the three highlights I’d send. Glassell Park has a breakfast nook I keep thinking about. Highland Park is tiny, but the walkability off York is unmatched. Mount Washington has that front door and I honestly need to see the view in person.

So tell me in the comments which one you’re accepting. And if you hate all three, tell me your budget, your neighborhood, and the one thing you can’t live without. I’ll go find your version.

What is phone free fall? Most often, it feels like my phone is glued to my hands and other times I know I should set healthier boundaries for unplugging after 10pm, but real estate doesn’t sleep. Why? ☎️

We’re with you when you need us the most. You work on EST, you’re pulling an overnight on set, or you can only get quiet time for a phone call together after the baby goes to sleep.

We get looped into being therapists, interior designers, personal assistants, tax advisors, and attorneys. Legally, I am none of these. I’m a problem solver and a good friend. However, if you need one I’m sure I have a gal you can call 😉
