The Newmark team launched the asset into the market in early December 2020 and took initial bids in January 2021. The marketing campaign resulted in an ultra-competitive bidding environment from a wide buyer pool that consisted of private capital funds, high-net-worth individuals, medical-focused REIT’s, core institutional funds, foreign capital, family offices, and 1031 exchange buyers.
