As I reflect further on EXPCON 2026 I’m reminded of why I love it at eXp while I see so many peers change brokers since I came to eXp in 2021.

The true collaboration and support from other agents. Not just any agent(s), from the biggest producers at eXp and across all brokerages. They are truly open, willing to share operational details, systems, training for staff etc. The things that matter and grow a business not the gate keeping cliche stuff I often hear like “work open houses” or “work your sphere” or “post more on social”.

Thanks to the special group we have in our Franklin Team Collaboration group I’ve been able to meet and sit at tables with people doing amazing things in the industry that for me are so far out of reach but they don’t concern themselves with my production level, they are courteous and supportive. I always learn from connecting with them and I love that about our specific downline.

eXp did an amazing job of planning and putting together tremendous sessions everyday and as much as I learned from those I learned more from the people I met and got to connect with outside of the classes.

You are who you hangout with.

The biggest blessing to my business has been joining eXp Realty and specifically being part of The Franklin Team’s downline.

Because of the downline I’ve been fortunate to meet power players across many states that I otherwise would never have access to and getting to connect with them, ask them questions and receiving true open book help that has helped me grow my business every year since joining.

Blessed to be around amazingly talented people.

I am so lucky.

I have lost count of how many closings we have together now.

When we met I was unproven and unknown but after interviewing he gave a chance and I worked my face off to prove he made the right choice.

Today we have strategic phone calls about land acquisition, exit strategy, build timelines, market conditions and new build designs and finishes.

I’ve learned so much from working with him.

I am beyond blessed to be his realtor partner and am excited to continue to grow with him.

Cuando nos conocimos yo no tenía experiencia ni era conocido, pero después de la entrevista él me dio una oportunidad y trabajé sin parar para demostrar que tomó la decisión correcta.

The latest duplex product from my developer is about 2 weeks from completion.

I have a lot of respect for my developer, they are detail oriented and prideful of the product they are building, it’s not just about profits.

Congratulations to these first time home buyers.

Such a special closing.

A mother only able to rent for over 25 years and thought of home ownership a distant dream that would never be realized.

Fast forward to today with a son in his early 20’s. Together with the family support in both life advice and finances; together the dream came true 🥲

They had tried many times before without success - until now.

Thank you so much Ana Alvarez for all of your help. Your team was top notch and we were all aligned in our determination to find this lovely family a home.
