Sold this lovely house for clients of mine in the heart of Highland Park.   My clients were really open to my suggestions to prep the property for sale and it paid of handsomely.   After a very competitive bidding process we closed 200k over list.   Happy for my clients and really happy for the new owner.  It’s a special house and a great neighborhood.   And thanks to  who is awesome to work with.
