Chúng tôi cần một người thích giải quyết vấn đề, có tư duy lãnh đạo, chủ động trong công việc và muốn phát triển lâu dài cùng công ty.

Công việc chính:
🏡 Quản lý và giám sát hoạt động hàng ngày của các căn nhà do Ella Homes quản lý.
👥 Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ đội ngũ VA, nhân viên địa phương, nhà thầu và các đối tác để đảm bảo mọi công việc được vận hành trơn tru.
💬 Xử lý các tình huống phát sinh với khách thuê, chủ nhà và các vấn đề vận hành một cách chuyên nghiệp.
⚙️ Xây dựng và cải thiện quy trình làm việc, giúp đội ngũ hoạt động hiệu quả hơn.
🚗 Đi kiểm tra nhà, làm việc với vendor, contractor và chủ nhà khi cần.
📈 Cùng ban lãnh đạo xây dựng hệ thống và phát triển Ella Homes lên một tầm cao mới.

Yêu cầu:
✅ Có kinh nghiệm về Operations, Hospitality, Property Management, Airbnb, STR, MTR hoặc bất động sản.
✅ Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.
✅ Có khả năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
✅ Chủ động, có trách nhiệm và biết tự đưa ra quyết định.
✅ Đang sinh sống tại Los Angeles County hoặc Orange County.

Quyền lợi:
💰 Lương lên đến $65,000/năm (tùy theo năng lực).
🏠 Làm việc Hybrid (chủ yếu làm việc tại nhà kết hợp đi các căn nhà khi cần).
📈 Cơ hội phát triển lên các vị trí quản lý cao hơn khi công ty tiếp tục mở rộng.
