He is a third-generation “Angelino”, whose Great, Great, Grandfather farmed the orange groves of the San Fernando Valley and brought his crops to market in a horse-drawn cart. And whose father and grandfather grew up in Boyle Heights and Silver Lake, prior to the mass migration to the "Westside". Aside from a 12-year hiatus to live in NYC, Eric is as local as they come. He remembers playing on the
huge dirt mounds, which ultimately became Interstate Highway 10, connecting downtown LA to the Westside a few years later. And was riding his bicycle alongside the railway car down Sunset Blvd the day it was moved into place and started flippin’ burgers and serving Carney’s dogs. And spent many fun afternoons riding horses and playing arcade games at KiddieLand Amusement Park. He shares a unique perspective having strong ties to both the “City” AND the “Valley”. Eric’s versatile background in sales and management, as well as the performing arts, provides a diversified knowledge base and skill set that allows him to connect deeply with his clients and provide uncompromising service to their every real estate need. He prides himself on his ability to build a long-standing relationship with his clients by communicating clearly and compassionately. This also fosters a calming, yet very effective negotiating style always focused on the client’s best interest in mind. Mixing client-centric focus, a congenial disposition, a love of historic architecture, and a desire to be of service, provides the ideal setting for an effective, yet “less stressful” process, leading to a very satisfied client base! Eric enjoys hiking (with his Vizsla, Tahoe) and biking the many local mountains and canyons and is very active in the community serving on the Park Advisory Board for the Studio City Recreation Center at Beeman Park. You can often find him on the court, field, ice, or pitch coaching his two sons in youth sports. He is a graduate of UCLA and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC.
