Captain America star Chris Evans Re-lists his stunning Hollywood Hills retreat for $6.4M. 🎬✨
Chris Evans first listed his Hollywood Hills retreat for $6.99M back in May 2025, but after months on the market with no buyer, he pulled the listing in November and has now returned with a fresh $600K price cut — asking $6.39M.
Evans has owned the property since 2013, originally picking it up for $3.52M. And in the years since, it’s been transformed into something seriously special.
