Kylie Jenner just cut the price on her longtime Hidden Hills mansion, from $20.25 million to $17.99 million only a month after she listed it.

She bought the 13,234-square-foot property in 2016 for $12.05 million, when she was just 19, and lived there as her primary home for years before moving her family elsewhere in Hidden Hills. Since then, she’s put extensive renovations into it, giving it a private theater, a game room with a full bar, an office with its own fireplace, a gym, and a massage room. A separate guest suite has its own private entrance, kitchenette, and courtyard.

The listing is held by Million Dollar Listing’s Josh and Matt Altman. It comes just months after Jenner also put her Holmby Hills concrete mansion on the market for $48 million. She’s since moved into a brand-new, custom-built estate, so this sale looks more like the end of an era than anything financial.

Ashton Kutcher bought this 6-acre Beverly Hills property back in 2007 for $8 million — years before he and Mila Kunis got together. Nearly a decade later, the couple tore it down and rebuilt it from the ground up into what’s now their family home, “KuKu Farms.”

Working with architect Howard Backen, they spent five years designing a house that looks like a converted barn but functions like a modern home — entirely solar-powered, producing more energy than it uses. The property includes a main house, a guesthouse and entertainment barn, and a freestanding BBQ pavilion by the pool.

“We wanted a home, not an estate,” Kunis said of the design.

It’s the same home they still live in today with their two kids, and the one place they’ve never sold — even as they’ve bought, renovated, and rebuilt other properties around it.

DaBaby has listed his North Carolina compound for $6.9 million, nearly three times what he paid for it.

The rapper bought the Troutman estate in November 2019 for $2.3 million. He’s since built it into one of the most talked-about celebrity properties in the state, complete with a private movie theater, wine cellar, home gym, in-house barbershop, arcade room, and a half football field.

The listing comes as DaBaby fights a $1.8 million dispute with the IRS over his 2022 tax return, following years of fallout from his 2021 Rolling Loud controversy that reportedly dropped his show fee from $500K to around $30K.

Tom Ford didn’t buy his way into old Palm Beach money — he traded for it. 🤑

In 2023, he handed over a $51 million contemporary mansion on Jungle Road to swap into a nearly 100-year-old estate most people will never get the chance to own.

The house was built in 1928 by architect Maurice Fatio for auto executive William McAneeny — a project Fatio would later call the finest work of his career. Its entrance alone took Italian stonecutters six months to carve by hand. Inside: coral stone walls, Roman arches, and a fountain courtyard that’s sat untouched by time since the Roaring Twenties.

Local agents now put its value at roughly $100 million, which is nearly double what Ford gave up to get it.

Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum paid $63.1 million for Mark Wahlberg’s former mansion in the guard-gated Beverly Park estate.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Wahlberg built the estate in 2014 and sold it in 2023 for $55 million. The purchase came months after Hilton and Reum lost their Malibu beach house in the January 2025 Palisades Fire.

The 30,500-square-foot compound includes a five-hole golf course, sports court, skate park, and wine-and-cigar cellar. Neighbors include Adele, Denzel Washington, and Justin Bieber.

Grey’s Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl has listed her longtime Utah mountain estate for $10.6 million.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Heigl bought the 25-acre lot in Oakley for $1 million in 2007, the same year she married musician Josh Kelley. They built the house in 2008 and made it their full-time home in 2012, raising three children there.

Heigl and Kelley are downsizing to a nearby Victorian farmhouse they bought last year as a restoration project.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the sellers were Dave Keuning, guitarist for The Killers, and his wife, interior designer Emilie Keuning. The couple bought the home for $9.6 million in 2021 from Joel Simkhai, founder of the dating app Grindr, then listed it in June 2025 for $13.999 million before selling to Pitt.

Built around 1989, the home has floor-to-ceiling windows with views stretching from downtown LA to the Pacific Ocean.

David and Victoria Beckham paid $72.3 million for this waterfront mansion on Miami Beach’s North Bay Road, setting a price record for the street.

According to The Real Deal, the sale closed in October 2024, well below the $80 million asking price. The home was built by developer Niklas de la Motte, who bought the lot for $10 million back in 2018.

The nine-bedroom estate has 124 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage, a gym, spa, home theater, and infinity pool. Neighbors on North Bay Road include Barry Diller, Diane von Furstenberg, Cindy Crawford, and Rande Ge**er.
