Michael Jackson’s former Las Vegas mansion is back on the market for $12.5 million 👑

The King of Pop rented this estate in 2006 for $50,000 a month after coming back from the Middle East and Ireland. Vegas gave him two things he wanted: his family nearby and a break from the paparazzi.

On a private one-acre lot behind a 10-foot wall, the Roman-style home has an indoor fountain, a grand curved staircase, a ballroom with an orchestra loft, a home theatre and a 2,500 sq ft primary suite. Outside you’ll find a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and a tennis court. Some of MJ’s own furniture is still inside.

The White Lotus star has put her Malibu home on the market for just under $1.5 Million.

Jim Carrey just listed his Maui beachfront estate for $35 million. 😍🌺

He paid $16.5 million for it in November 2016, so the asking price is more than double. The listing came days after news broke that he’d secretly married longtime partner Min Ah in a private Los Angeles ceremony.

The main house, designed by Ike Kligerman Barkley, sits under a giant thatched roof framed in Douglas fir and lined in woven bamboo. Inside, the great room rises into exposed trusses and opens out to a covered stone lanai. Upstairs, the primary suite has glass panels that fold back to a deck over the sand.

Out back, a freeform pool with a hidden grotto, a slide, and an elevated spa sits between the main house and a separate two-bedroom guest house. It’s all on nearly an acre with about 170 feet of beach frontage, and it’s being sold fully furnished.

Selena Gomez has officially sold her Encino home for $5.4 million, four months after listing it.

Gomez bought the house in March 2020 for $4.9 million from music executive Randy Spendlove. Custom-built in 1989 for Tom Petty and his first wife, the rocker owned it until 2017, just months before his death. Gomez listed it in May for $6.5 million, but after a pending offer fell through in July, it ultimately sold for $5.4 million on September 8.

The 11,500-square-foot home sits behind a gated driveway in the Rancho Estates enclave, with a skylit living room, a stone fireplace rising through a white-railed mezzanine, an in-home recording studio, a massage room, and the wood-beamed kitchen from her cooking show. Outside, a rock waterfall and stream feed a spa and pool below.

Gomez and Blanco now primarily live in a $35 million Beverly Hills estate they bought in December 2024, the same week they got engaged.

The 18th century villa previously belonged to the Heinz family, the ketchup dynasty, and two years after moving in Clooney bought the villa next door too, connecting the two properties with a bridge. Inside there are 25 rooms, a private cinema, a gym and a pizza room with its own oven, while outside you’ll find a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and landscaped grounds running down to the water. The villa is also where George first met Amal at a dinner party in 2013. It drew so many fans and photographers over the years that the town brought in fines of up to €500 for anyone parking a car or boat within 100 metres of the property.
