I recently showed a home with patio doors in almost every room. I loved all the natural light, but the buyer saw it differently because it meant less wall space for furniture.

It just goes to show that the "perfect home" looks different for everyone.

A sign company accidentally installed a For Sale sign instead of a For Lease sign on one of my listings. Before it was fixed, I was getting calls from buyers... and even the homeowner asking if we were selling the house. 😅

Thankfully, we got it sorted out, but it definitely gave me a good laugh afterward.
