I’m Lara, and I do real estate a little differently than most.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked across two very different sides of this industry:
🏡 Traditional real estate — helping people buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties.
⚡ Right-of-way & infrastructure real estate — working with landowners on easements, utility negotiations, and renewable energy land leases. This is the side almost nobody talks about, and it’s often where people need the most guidance and get the least of it.

I bring a J.D. background to both sides of the work — which means when a utility company shows up at your door, or when you’re just trying to buy your first home, you’ve got someone in your corner who understands the legal side, not just the transaction.

This year for my 51st birthday, I got to experience so much fun and put joy. From scuba diving with turtles, sharks and eels, to eating some delicious food, learning to play padel tennis and wearing a cute dress, the best part was the amazing people I had met while traveling who surprised me both under the ocean and on dry land! My new friends from Scuba Diving Centre Maldives, Club Med Maldives made the journey worth every heartbreak I had in the past year and the two days of travel to get there. Still feeling so blessed to have met so many special people during this journey of life! Thank you Thomas Toselli Jegs Purushotaman Guillaume Mesmin Minnie Xiong, my nail twin Erika, ‘s twin Michael, dive master Margeaux mohammed and everyone else who made this old lady feel a little less old. Hope that I have been a special part of your journey as well! 💅
