If you know me, you know how much planting roots means to my family and me. When we relocated from Southern California to Richmond’s Harper’s Mill community, it wasn't just a move. It was a commitment to this beautiful area and the incredible community here.
Over the last 20 years and 300+ transactions, my real estate career has always been built on two things: deep trust and real results. Today, I am incredibly proud to share the next step in that journey.
I have officially joined The Pace of Richmond as their new Director of Sales!
What drew me to this team is exactly what drives me every day. It is a group where professionalism meets genuine personal attention, and where ego gets left at the door. As Director of Sales, my mission isn't just managing numbers. My entire focus is coaching, mentoring, and pouring into our agents to help them build massive, sustainable businesses while living bigger lives.
When I am not in the office or coaching the team, you will still find me doing what I love most: being a dedicated "sports dad" at Little League games, cheering in high school football stadiums, or exploring Richmond's rich culture with my family.
