NEW REAL ESTATE CHANGES GO INTO EFFECT SATURDAY - STAY INFORMED 💡

As you may know, there was a recently proposed settlement by the NAR resulting in 2 main outcomes:

- listing agents will no longer be able to show buyers agent compensation on the MLS.

- agents and buyers will be required to have a signed Buyer Representation Agreement before touring properties.

For anyone looking to purchase a home in the near future, the Buyer Representation Agreement will define the working relationship between you and your agent. There’s some confusion as to what this all entails, here’s to clarifying some of that with fact versus fiction.

Of course, if you have additional questions regarding the lawsuit, the settlement or the changes in real estate, please reach out to me directly. I’d love to provide clarity.
