ATTENTION:
On March 19, the County of Los Angeles and State of California under a “Safer at Home” and “Stay at Home” order for all non-essential businesses as of midnight, March 20, 2020 through April 19, 2020.
During this time, the Building will remain accessible for tenants and your employees and invitees, but security access will be upgraded to 24/7 controlled access effective immediately until the City and State orders above expire or are lifted. Those wishing to access the building may do so via their building access card and/or by the Tenant(s)pre-approved authorization based upon the following conditions:
Security: will be on site 24/7, stationed in the main lobby of the building.
•The building will be accessed controlled, and all tenants, visitors, vendors, etc. will be required to sign in/out at the main lobby of the building. It is imperative we know who is entering and leaving the building at all times during this state of emergency, therefore, there will be no exceptions to the sign-in rule. We appreciate your cooperation with this effort to ensure the security of the Building.
•Security does not have keys for individual suites.
•Access: to the building will be controlled through the main lobby of the building. Again, all tenants, vendors, or visitors requiring access to the building will have entry to the building via the main lobby for access to any tenant suite or area of the property .
•All tenants who have an access card, must show it for verification, along with a CA/ Federal issued photo ID.
•Security will require all approved persons, to sign in and out of the building.
•When signing in, you will need to provide your name, your suite, etc. as requested per the sign in form at security.
•All individuals with approved access will be allowed entrance to their suites/floor by Security. Please confirm or update with Property Management the list of individuals you elect to have access to your suite, so that Security can have an accurate active list. Please note we need 48 hours (excluding weekends) to ensure your request is effective as verified upon receipt of an email confirmation from Property Management that your access request has been processed.
•Please honor the social distancing parameters outlined by the CDC.
•Maintenance: will be on site. We will only access tenant suites if there is an emergency situation that must be addressed inside your suite.
•Janitorial: will continue to clean during normal business hours, the common areas of the building will be serviced (lobby, common corridors and restrooms). We will be suspending cleaning of all tenant suites at this time. Should you require cleaning for your suite , please coordinate with Property Management.
•Property Management: should be contacted via ETS or phone honoring for the social distancing ordinance. We will be on site periodically but can be reached via phone at all times.
•Parking: To ensure the security of the building, the parking garage will be closed by 5:00 pm, today, March 20th. Please be sure to remove your vehicle from the parking garage. Once the parking garage is closed, it will be difficult to coordinate the removal of your vehicle. Street parking is available.
•Deliveries/Mail: Deliveries and mail service will continue as normal. You may wish to have your mail forwarded or have someone pick up your mail periodically during this “Safer at Home” policy. Please note Security nor Property Management will NOT accept any mail, packages or deliveries on behalf of a tenant; so the Tenant must coordinate delivery accordingly.
We encourage all occupants to follow the "Safer At Home/Stay At Home" Orders as dictated by both the county of Los Angeles and the state of California. Most importantly, if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, especially cough and/or respiratory issues, please do not enter the building and take the appropriate medical precautions.
