Unfortunately, our sellers lost their home in the Palisades fire. After many years in the home, they decided it was time to move on and not rebuild. The market in the Palisades was shifting quickly. We decided with our clients that a strategy of pricing below market value would spur the most interest. Within a few days, we had multiple offers and the property sold above the list price by almost $250,000. I’m very pleased that we were able to help our clients at this critical time in their lives.
