Looking for a Real Estate Assistant Intern in the Beverly Hills area. This role is for a licensed real estate agent that would like to intern for me as my real estate assistant. This is for an internship, so it is not a paid job. This job is to learn from a known Top Producing agent with the best Real Estate Brokerage Serhant California. The Brokerage is owned by the famous Real Estate Mogul Ryan Serhant and you will be working directly with me on multiple projects. This is a 20 hour a week internship. Role Description The Real Estate Assistant Intern will one agent in the Beverly Hills, CA office through a variety of on-site tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with listing preparation, gathering property information, organizing client files, and maintaining databases and CRM entries. The intern will help coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses, and support basic marketing efforts such as preparing collateral, updating online listings, and assisting with social media and branding initiatives. Additional tasks may include answering inquiries, providing professional in-person and phone support, and helping with general office administration. This is an internship role designed to provide exposure to residential real estate operations, client service, and marketing in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for interacting with agents, clients, and team members in person, by phone, and in writing.
Interest or foundational knowledge in Real Estate, including basic understanding of property listings, market trends, and brokerage operations.
Administrative Assistance abilities such as scheduling, document handling, data entry, and CRM or database management.
Customer Service skills to provide professional, courteous support to clients and visitors, and handle inquiries effectively.
Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and keep workflows and files orderly.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office); comfort learning new tools and platforms.
Ability to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA, in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and reliability.
Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Communications) preferred but not required.
