With very little time, I immediately found three strong options.

One of them was actually my own listing — a beautiful brand-new home with high ceilings, incredible natural light, a thoughtfully designed layout, premium appliances, a private terrace, all located inside a gated community.

The interesting part?
This home wasn’t even in the area they originally wanted.

But the moment they walked inside… everything changed.

Sometimes the right home finds you when you least expect it.

Within just a few days we secured the home and turned a stressful situation into a perfect result.

✨ Closed Escrow – Northridge, CA ✨

We are happy to share that we have successfully closed escrow on an incredible property at 17654 Knapp St, Northridge — a beautiful 5-bedroom, 3-bath home on a huge lot.

This transaction was truly special for many reasons.

The seller had owned this home since 1970. It was filled with decades of memories, family moments, and love. Because of that, it was extremely important for us to find not just any buyer, but the right buyer — someone who would truly appreciate the home and the care that was put into it.

We received many offers, including investors who wanted to tear the house down and build rental units. While we respect every vision, our priority was always to represent our client’s wishes with integrity.

In the end, we found the perfect match — a wonderful family who genuinely fell in love with the home and wants to preserve its character.

Their story made this even more meaningful. The buyers lost their home in a fire last year, and this house represents a new beginning and a place they hope to call home for the rest of their lives.

This transaction also involved a new government assistance program for families who lost homes, which made the process more complex. But with patience, teamwork, and trust, we were able to successfully navigate it while protecting our client’s interests every step of the way.

Moments like this remind us that real estate is not just about property — it’s about people, stories, and new chapters in life.

It is so important and so touching to feel loved, needed, and once again be reassured that I am doing everything right in my life.

✨ A huge milestone and a very special moment ✨

Today I’m so excited to share — we successfully purchased a home in Moorpark with my client 🤍
This journey took a year and a half. It wasn’t easy — it required patience, persistence, and a lot of trust.

My client was able to become a homeowner thanks to the Dream For All state program, which provided 20% down payment assistance.
Finding the perfect home that would work for the entire family within a budget they never thought would be possible was a real challenge.

But after a long search, we finally found the one —
a home my clients can proudly call THEIR OWN 🏡

I’m incredibly happy for them and deeply grateful for their trust throughout this journey.
