What makes a home luxury?
To qualify as "luxury" in today's U.S. housing market, a home needs to be worth about $1.3 million, according to findings from Sotheby's International Realty. Although the exact threshold can vary considerably by location, Sotheby's said that luxury real estate continues to outperform the general housing market.

Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Punta Pacifica Realty, located in Panama City, Panama, is joining the network, and its offices will now operate as Panama Sotheby’s International Realty. This addition marks the brand’s 65th office in the Caribbean and Latin American region.
