Meet Mark, a resident of Daimaru Apartments (a building owned and operated by Little Tokyo Service Center, a neighborhood nonprofit).

Mark has been a resident at Daimaru for 2 years, and like many of the residents, the convenient location is his favorite part about living there. He recommends living at Daimaru, explaining that, “the rooms are clean and the manager is nice!”

Meet Richard, a long time Daimaru resident who has lived here for 37 years!

Richard’s favorite thing about living at Daimaru is its location. Being in the heart of Little Tokyo, he is a short walk from grocery stores, restaurants, public transit and more. He also likes living in a building owned and operated by Little Tokyo Service Center as “they do a lot to help the Little Tokyo community.”

Meet Zach, a resident at Daimaru Apartments (owned and operated by Little Tokyo Service Center, a local nonprofit).

Zach has lived at Daimaru Apartments for two years and likes the location, price and staff. He recommends living at Daimaru because "it's just right for the price" and "[Little Tokyo Service Center] takes care of the community". At the beginning of the pandemic, Zach volunteered with Little Tokyo Service Center to help deliver meals to seniors in nearby buildings.
