🚐🏔️ Exciting trip coming up!

Next week I'll be visiting a 40-acre off-grid ranch property near Lake Topaz, Nevada, and filming a new video for the group.

I'm looking forward to checking out the land, RV setup possibilities, off-grid infrastructure, and the incredible views in the area. If you're interested in boondocking, RV living, homesteading, or finding rural properties with great access to outdoor recreation, this should be an interesting tour.

I'll share photos, video footage, and my thoughts from the visit once I'm there.

A few months ago I went to check out some lots out in the antelope valley right off the 14 freeway near LA. Turns out these were right next to a gold mine. I didn't buy any of the lots but wanted to get educated on the gold mine situation. Picked up a few shares bc I felt it was undervalued by a lot. Then this happened. I guess it paid for the gas money.
