This marks the final purchase in a strategic three-property expansion, deepening Regent’s footprint in one of Phoenix’s most vibrant urban neighborhoods.

The acquisition supports Regent’s residential strategy of targeting highly-amenitized, newer vintage multifamily communities in walkable, high-growth locations at meaningful discounts to replacement cost.

Last Friday, our Regent PM Phoenix team joined forces with Feed My Starving Children to pack 189 boxes of meals! Together, we created 40,824 meals, valued at $11,836.96, to feed 111 kids for an entire year.

It’s incredible to see what teamwork and compassion can achieve. A big thank you to everyone who contributed their time and energy to fight hunger and give hope to children around the world. 🌍❤️
