Licensed real estate agent Tony Ware founded Picture Perfect Properties on Feb. 28, 2011, starting out with just a few homes in the LA area that he renovated and “flipped” to put on the market. As the company began to expand, local film students specifically at LA Film School, started to take notice of the variety of his locations and inquired about using them for film shoots. Tony wisely tapped into his real estate connections to provide beautiful, multi-purpose locations in prime LA areas for a growing film student clientele. He eventually added mansions, apartments, warehouses, cafes and nightclubs to his arsenal in areas including Pacific Palisades, Malibu, West LA, Baldwin Hills, Newport, and Hollywood Hills. Just a year after launching the company, Picture Perfect Film Locations boasted customers from LA Film School, New York Film Academy, AFI, USC School of Cinematic Arts, Loyola Marymount University, UCLA, American Film Institute and Zoo Productions. In late 2012, with business booming, Tony branched out to host private events at his prime locations. Picture Perfect Film Locations has hosted shoots for feature films including Eric Roberts’ The Cloth, Christmas at The Table and It’s Not You, It’s Me starring Vivica Fox and music video shoots for Kendrick Lamar (Swimming Pools) and singer Lawrence Beamen. Tony is also currently filming a reality show titled “Reality of Real Estate” with his associate Regina Hooks, showing a behind the scenes look at their lives as real estate agents in Los Angeles.
