For us, selling was never the first conversation. Rebuilding was.

The Palisades isn’t just where we worked. It’s where we grew up. Childhood memories, bike rides through the neighborhood, baseball games at the park. This place shaped who we are.

Between our family, four properties were lost in the fires. And as devastating as that’s been, it only made one thing clearer: We’re not leaving.

We’re doubling down on the Pacific Palisades because we believe in what this community was and what it will become again.

A lot of people are weighing difficult decisions right now. Everyone’s situation is different. But for us, selling is the last option, not the first.

The rebuild is already starting. And we plan to be part of leading it. 🤍

Everyone keeps talking about selling or rebuilding after the Palisades fires like those are the only two options.

They’re not. Holding can be a strategy too.

We’re sitting on a 5200sqft lot that was worth $2.7M before the fires. Afterward, land values dipped hard. Some lots traded closer to $1.4M to $1.5M. Now? We’re already seeing values climb back toward $1.9M (as of May 2026).

That kind of movement in a short window says a lot about where people believe the Pacific Palisades market is headed.

Timing matters. Your financial position matters. Your long term goals matter.

In a market this emotional, making a rushed decision usually isn’t the move. The best strategy right now is understanding ALL your options before choosing one.
