Honored to attend this special evening for Hilarity for Charity

Hosted by Seth Rogen, the event blended humor with a mission that is deeply meaningful — raising awareness and support for families affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

One of the most impactful parts of the evening was learning how the organization began and how personal experiences can grow into something that helps so many others.

Los Angeles truly shines when entertainment and purpose come together.

An afternoon of laughter, good food, and meaningful connection—exactly what motherhood (and life) should feel like.🏡

Not all influence is visible.

Last night’s talk on Smog and Sunshine — with Ann Carlson and Mary Nichols — highlighted the kind of leadership that quietly shapes how Los Angeles evolves.

The city we see is only part of the story.

A beautiful morning in West Hollywood…
Always interesting to hear firsthand where a city is heading. A pleasure meeting Mayor John Heilman.

Grateful to the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce for hosting.

I swap these everyday essentials all the time, and they completely change how a space feels without redoing the whole room

’ve been thinking a lot lately about time. How quickly it passes. How precious it is. What I want to do with my time. And how precarious the times are that we’re living through right now. Time doesn’t just pass. It goes where we send it. And we don’t have as much of it as we think. Make how you spend your time matter.

In Chelsea, there’s a certain precision to the architecture—
clean lines, balanced proportions,
and front doors that each carry their own identity.

Everything feels considered…
from the uniformity of the townhomes
to the way the streets hold their character over time.

And then, the pubs,
woven into the neighborhood, full of life and conversation
reminding you that real estate isn’t just about what’s built,
but how people live within it.

And behind those doors, across cities like London and Los Angeles,
the real estate conversation is strikingly similar:

Interest rates remain elevated.
Buyers are more selective.
Sellers are waiting for the right moment.

Different architecture. Different energy.
But the same underlying search—
for stability, beauty, and a place to call home.

Los Angeles real estate is not one market—it’s five very different markets happening at the same time.

Here’s what we’re seeing right now:

• Beverly Hills (90210) – Ultra-luxury market with higher price points and longer timelines. Buyers are active, but very selective. Pricing strategy is critical.

• West Hollywood (90048) – Still a seller’s market, but stabilizing. More inventory and longer days on market are creating a more balanced environment.

• Santa Monica (90403) – Coastal demand remains strong. Well-priced homes are still moving, especially those that are move-in ready.

• Mid-Wilshire / Hancock Park (90004) – A transitional market. Increased inventory and price adjustments are giving buyers more negotiating power.

• Echo Park / Silver Lake (90026) – One of the most active segments. Strong demand, especially in the entry-level to mid-range price points.

✨ The takeaway:
Today’s market is segmented.
Some areas are moving quickly, while others require patience and precision.

If you’re thinking of buying or selling, understanding your specific neighborhood is everything.
