Just Sold! This one was a whirlwind—27 days from offer to keys! My client had eyed this home months ago when it first hit the market.

After some back-and-forth with the listing agent and watching a few price drops, the timing finally aligned… while my client was off gallivanting in Europe, of course.

We made our move as soon as the price hit his magic number! The offer was accepted, the lender was lined up, inspections were conducted, and repairs were made—he basically bought a house while sipping cappuccinos abroad.

Now, he’s back from his European adventure with a brand-new house. Who needs a storage unit when you can buy another home? Talk about a flex move!

This journey had its challenges, but perseverance paid off! Despite market fluctuations and a contingency on the buyer's sale of their South Florida property, we made it to the finish line. A big thanks to my client for staying motivated and responsive throughout the process.
It took six months from listing to closing—proof that not every sale is a smooth ride. Real estate has its ups and downs, but the market is showing signs of improvement. This sale marks a positive turn for the development, with similar floor plans recently selling in the $800s.
