Dubai chocolate cake 💋❤️
Ingredients:
CHOCOLATE CAKE:
2 Cups granulated sugar
1-3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Hershey’s special dark cocoa powder
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 Cup milk
1/2 Cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 Cup black coffee - hot

Salted Caramel:
2 Cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed & at room temp
1 Cup heavy cream, room temp
1-1/2 tsp salt

Salted Caramel Pistachio Ganache
2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
2 cups salted caramel
3/4 cup chopped pistachios

KATAIFI PISTACHIO FILLING:
3 cups kataifi, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Butter, melted
1 Cup pistachio cream
1/2 Cup Pistachio butter
1/4 Cup Tahini

Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp vanilla bean paste

Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream:
6 egg whites
1-1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 TB vanilla bean paste
1 tsp salt
2-1/2 cups, room temperature unsalted butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate, melted

Instructions:
Chocolate Cake:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prep (2) 8” cake pan with parchment paper and nonstick baking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl add in all your dry ingredients and mix well with a whisk to combine. Create a well in the center and add in your eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined, then add in your hot coffee and mix again until a smooth consistency is achieved.
3. Divide the batter between the two pans and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out the center clean. Set to the side to cool completely. ( recipe continued in comments)
