Just Sold in Downtown LA! So happy to get this closed for my seller. Wishing him all the best on his new business venture. Will be very happy to help him when he gets back to LA. I have helped him lease this condo for many years. I really love this South Park building. One of my favorites in downtown. Now I need another excuse to come downtown!! 😀😀

Just Sold!! 5720 Cologne St. So happy for my buyers and longtime clients! They were able to buy the house next door to theirs in mid city.
